Inclusive Solent - Isle of Wight

Inclusive Solent exists to support individuals and organisations in becoming inclusive employers. The project is dedicated to recognising and nurturing the diverse talent pool in the Solent Region, aiming to help everyone, whether individuals, businesses, or organisations - achieve more fulfilling futures.

Once your application is approved, our Inclusive Solent advisor, Marnie Janaway, will work with you to shape the support your organisation needs. Every plan is tailored - because inclusion isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here’s what you can expect:

• A 3-stage development plan designed around your goals.
• Monthly collaborative sessions to guide you through each stage.
• 1:1 consultation to explore your organisation’s inclusivity needs.
• Hands-on support to create a draft Inclusivity Plan, to adaptable to fit your business.
• Ready-to-use templates to help embed inclusivity into everyday practice.
• Individual support plans for colleagues who need extra help.
• Training for your team and managers to build confidence and understanding.
• Recognition as an Inclusive Solent Employer with the official kite-mark for your website and marketing.

By registering you will have to attend all 3 sessions in the area local to you.
